  • I’d just finished a few inclines and crossed that bridge in the distance, then up the slope to where I was taking a break. I hear the music then this guy comes cruising past! Might be quite an interesting way to do the Seoul to Busan ride! I guess you be standing all the way though #namhangang #남한강자전거길 #gangcheonisland #cycling #국토종주자전거길 #monowheel #electricunicycle #wheel
  • Five hours hiking the east side of Unaksan Mountain in Gapyeong. Really impressive steep cliffs and ranges. Fun scrambling sections and areas with via ferrata type rungs and cables (not scary!). The views were pretty awesome. The temple had two very quiet motionless doggies resting in the shade that sprang into life when I opened my sandwiches. The waterfall and pool past the temple was from a postcard. Really good place to hike
  • Oddest car I’ve seen in a while. Check out the gigantic wing mirrors. Sign on the side basically says “keep away”. Paranoid driver, introvert? Who knows! Best pics I could get from a moving car!
  • Yesterday was the last open day for the Hangang River public pools this summer. Always feels too soon! Great place to hang out in the blistering summer heat. 3,000 to 5,000 won for the day, sun lounger and umbrella options plus free shady spots if you’re early enough(!) There’s five or six of these along the Han River #hangangpark #swimmingpool #한강공원수영장

  • Tom Sachs: Space Program Infinity Project at DDP, Seoul. He created a space program museum, creating every conceivable aspect, all with, well, stuff! Hard to describe really, but I had a lot of fun! #동대문디자인플라자 #tomsachsspaceprogram #seoul
  • There’s an artificial waterfall on the north side of the Ara Waterway cycle path. It’s next to the Ara Maru circular observatory deck. I was passing on the south side towards Incheon and noticed the water was starting to run; they’d just switched it on! On my return ride I used the north cycle path and visited. You can walk behind a section of the falls. Up by the deck there are places to get food and coffee plus there’re nice views of the canal I’d spent the past few hours cycling up and down!
