Day 3 of 3-day trip to Busan

After our adventures in Gamcheon and at Songdo Beach, we needed a feed before heading to the KTX. Romana wanted gopchang (곱창) which are cow intestines and something I’ve avoided eating so far. She assured me it would be nice though, and I trust her… Of course, there’s a gopchang street in Busan, so that’s where we went.

There were lots of gopchang places in a very small area and we chose a place called Daejeong Yang Gopchang (대정양곱창 별관) which turned out to own most of the street. I was right to trust Romana, it was pretty good!
