Seonhyu Coffee (선휴[宣休] 커피) is a place where I really first experienced a mind-blowing, subtly flavoured coffee. There were actual fruity hints and I tasted notes of chocolate in their cold brew on another trip. Romana and I have been a few times now, and I took my parents there, too. I always get a hand drip coffee and have to translate the list of available beans.
It’s obvious from the coffee counter and how they make the coffees, that the owners take the business of great tasting coffee very seriously! 10 out of 10 from me :o)
