Day 2 of 4-day trip to Yeosu

Under one of the main bridges in Yeosu, is a food district: Yeosu Nangman Pocha Geori (여수낭만포차거리).

We weren’t exactly sure where to go, so walked from our hotel along the sea front at Jongpohaeyang Park (종포해양공원) all the way to the bridge. There were a lot of interesting looking places along the way and it was by chance we took a turn and noticed all the big red tents that signify the pochas.

It took a while before we found a place, but there really wasn’t any difference between the restaurants; they all had the same menu! We had a squid and grilled pork mixed dish and some beers which went down very nicely. The whole area was lively and worthy of further exploration.
