On our first part of the last day, we went to a dry waterfall (again for me, by accident!), then to another oreum (big hill), ate a long fish. In the second half, we went to two mandarin farm cafes. This was a winter trip in two parts; a solo three days, then four days with Romana.
Day 7 of 7 winter days on Jeju
There was a waterfall on the map and some of the signs on the road so we headed there. It turned out to be the dry waterfall next to the mandarin farm I’d visited last week. I got some better photos than last time of Eongtto Falls (엉또폭포), than last time, but it really need a visit during the rainy season.
The weather wasn’t awesome, sadly. We drove to huge grass covered oreum called Saebyeol (새별오름) and walked up. It was busy! I tend not to enjoy scenic trips when the weather is dreary, but looking back at the photos, I remember it was quite nice!
After this, Romana hunted out a lunch place. We drove to Eobaksa (어박사) for a really long fish, a galchi (갈치) which I believe is a cutlass fish and is usually served grilled in smaller sections of fish.
The second half of the day is in the following post.
